From three generations, since 1922, our family dealt with coffee trade, first with my grandfather Arturo Guglielmo, then with my father Giuseppe ‘til now with me Alessandro and my brother Andrea.

 

We care about changes, improvements and updates with a professional attitude we acquired during several years, without forgetting tradition and history.

Our purpose is the deep knowledge of different kind of coffees and new ones produced all around the world, in order to promote the trade and to transfer know-how and innovations.

 

My father and my grandfather used to say: “coffee is like wine: requires passion, love and dedication and care too”.

And I agree with them: coffee has become part of my soul.

From several years we have equipped, improved and focused on promoting coffee courses: contents cover the history of the art of “coffeeing” and performing real training, especially the composition of different mixture, on the aspect and importance of roasting procedures (also training on roasting if requested), in the total work cycle, until the espresso’s supply.
